Refund Policy

This policy defines the refund conditions applicable to purchases and services made within our establishment or via our website.

1. On-site purchases

Consumption and services provided on site (bar, pub, catering, events, etc.) are neither refundable nor exchangeable once served, except in the case of a proven defect or billing error.

2. Reservations

Any reservation (table, private space, event, etc.) can be cancelled free of charge up to [X hours/days] before the scheduled date.
Beyond this period, no refund can be guaranteed, except in exceptional circumstances left to the discretion of management.

3. Special Events and Tickets

When purchasing a ticket for an evening event, concert, or other event:

  • If the event is cancelled by the venue, a full refund or a postponement to a new date may be offered.

  • If the customer does not show up or cancels on their own initiative, no refund can be claimed unless explicitly stated otherwise at the time of purchase.

4. Defective Products

In the event of a defective or non-compliant product (e.g., an item, a product sold at the bar), the customer must inform us as soon as it is noticed.
A replacement, a credit note or a refund may be offered depending on the situation.
